No. Emox currently does not offer a free tier.
How do feature tiers work?
Choose one tier based on your needs: Base Access (10,000 RWF), Teaching Pro Pack (15,000 RWF), or Institution Pack (20,000 RWF). Higher tiers include lower-tier capabilities.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier as your school scales.
How is billing shown?
Prices are based per student per month. You can view monthly, term, and yearly totals on the pricing page.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or non-profits?
Yes. We offer NGO and non-profit pricing support. Request a demo and we will review your institution profile.
Do you support institutions and districts?
Yes. Institution Pack is designed for large schools, institutions, and districts with multi-school administration and integration needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support bank transfer and approved institutional payment methods during onboarding.
