Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Emox platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Emox is a gamified learning management platform that enables schools to deliver interactive educational content, track student progress, and engage learners through gamification mechanics including XP, badges, leaderboards, and challenges.

3. User Accounts

• School administrators are responsible for creating and managing user accounts within their institution.
• Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Student accounts for minors must be created under the supervision of authorized school personnel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Teachers and schools retain ownership of educational content they upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Emox Interactive a limited license to host, display, and distribute the content to authorized users within your institution. Emox platform software, design, and branding remain the property of Emox Interactive.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Free plans may have feature limitations as described on our Pricing page.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student data and complying with applicable education data privacy regulations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Schools may request an export of their data within 30 days of termination. Emox Interactive reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Emox Interactive provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
